Wanted – help to put together Band Camp Packets!

 

Well, we are FINALLY ready to put the band camp packets together.  Sorry for the delay!

 

If any of you are available Thursday evening, June 17th, beginning at 6 pm, we would love to have you join us as we stuff envelopes and prepare them for mailing.

 

Students and parents are both invited.   Take your packet when we have them finished.  It saves on our postage. 

 

This is one of those time where many hands really do make light work!

In Case you haven’t noticed, there is no faculty parking lot!

 

Contractors fenced off the faculty parking lot at the beginning of the week.  They don’t even want us WALKING in there.  Hopefully, there will be solar panels installed before the beginning of the year.

 

Park in the student parking lot and walk.  The back door of the music building (nearest the practice rooms and music library) will be unlocked.

 

Band Room Availability

 

Back by popular demand, the band room will be open Monday thru Thursday from 4-6 pm for students to practice, beginning Thursday, June 24th.

Summer Instrument Check-out

 

If you wish to check out an instrument for the summer, or already have a school instrument at home to be used over the summer, you and your parent MUST fill out an instrument check out form.  Forms can be found in the document sorter outside of  Mr. Burn’s office.
