REMINDER TO MARCHING BAND STUDENTS – SIGN UP FOR YOUR UNIFORM FITTING APPOINTMENT

Marchers (does not apply to Colorguard):

We're getting ready for next season already. This year we are doing uniform fittings a little differently.  We will start in July and hold them in conjunction with the Wednesday practices. Each date is assigned to a grade (seniors get to go first etc).  You can sign up for any appointment slot assigned to your grade.  If you are unable to make your grade's date, you can sign up for a later date.  If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, the uniform parents reserve the right to have you reschedule.  No drop-ins will be allowed unless there is a free appointment slot.

Students may sign up at:

 http://www.volunteerspot.com/login/entry/4623456353026880101

If you have any questions, feel free to contact Barbara Edmonds 408-507-5532edmondsbarb@yahoo.com or Audrey Ishizaki 650-455-3427.

BAND CAMP PACKETS – GET THEM IN!!!!

If you still have not received your band camp packet, please stop by the band room between 1 and 5 Monday thru Friday to pick one up.  Or, there are extra band camp packets on my front porch at 1150 W. Knickerbocker Dr., Sunnyvale, 94087 available for pick up at any time.

Remember, there is a $75 late fee if band camp forms and payment are not returned by July 8th!

Please check with anyone that you know who’s in marching band to make sure they have received their packets and pass on the information.   I may not have their email addresses so they aren’t receiving this blast.

Contact Vicki Feltman at Vicki.feltman@gmail.com if you have any questions.

ALSO.... just in case you've been trying to volunteer for band camp and Christina Allen hasnt been picking up the phone, well, it's because the wrong number was posted on the astro bright pink document, oops.  Christina's phone number is 408-738-3634.  She would love to hear from you, especially if you would like to volunteer or provide donations.
