BAND ROOM UNAVAILABLE THURSDAY AND FRIDAY JULY 14-15^TH DUE TO BUILDING MAINTENANCE

We’re getting all of our non-carpeted areas cleaned and waxed.  This includes all hallways, practice rooms, entry ways, percussion studio, Mr. Burn's office, Dr. Morton's office, and music library.

We will need to clear the floors Wednesday night after practice.  Percussion, please make sure you move all of the equipment sitting on the percussion studio floor to the band room, as close to the piano as you can get.  We want to make sure the custodians have a free path thru the doors.  

Guard, please move your flags and equipment to the band room close to the white board.

Marchers, make sure your instruments go home.  There should be nothing left on the floor in the instrument locker room.

PLEASE KEEP A CLEAR PATHWAY TO EACH OF THE DOORS.  The custodians will be pushing a large machine thru the band room to get to all the bare floors.  We don’t want to impede their way.   

CALENDARS ARE IN!

They will be available for pick up between 1 and 6 today and tomorrow, and 1-6 Monday thru Thursday for the rest of July.

You still have the opportunity to purchase.  They are $15 each, and really, really, REALLY chock full of useful music department information.  Not to mention the fantastic color photos!  If you had one, you’d already know when we have practices scheduled for July!

Buy extras – one for the kitchen, one for each student,  and one for friends and family who want to know when your competitions and concerts will be throughout the year.
