Welcome to PTSA!

A welcome message from PTSA President, Donna Verna.

Notice: Unless otherwise noted, all PTSA meetings will being at 6:00pm this year.

Homestead has a very active Parent Teacher Student Association (PTSA) that functions to provide:

  • a communication link between parents and the school
  • service to support school activities
  • opportunities for parents to be involved in the school
  • services for students.

Why should you join PTSA?

  • Increase your awareness of day-to-day activities at HHS
  • Establish friendships with HHS administrators, teachers, parents, and students
  • Have a voice in your community
  • Receive a HHS Student Directory
  • Gain greater access to information concerning legislative issues affecting our children's education

We hope that you will join us at our monthly meetings this year. Meetings are open to all Homestead parents, students and teachers. If you haven't joined our PTSA yet, please click on "PTSA Forms" up above, pick up an application in the school office, or contact our Membership Chairperson Aram Darmanian. We don't do any major fundraising during the year -- members' dues fund most of our activities, so please join us!

Your PTSA President this year is Donna J. Verna (650) 964-0342. Please feel free to call, or email her.
